UK Customers

We use an Express Service for our shipments. This means that you can expect your new clothes to arrive within 2-3 days.

Hatch Label enables you to order from multiple amazing brands from all across the world from Sydney to LA. The cost of shipping covers ALL import duties and VAT for the item to arrive without you having to worry about these.

We charge £3.99 to ship from a European brand, £7.99 from a US brand and £11.99 from any other International brand. We have introduced reduced shipping rates so when you order from more than 1 brand, the price of shipping is vastly reduced.

Import duties: 
VAT and import duties are included for UK Customers on ALL items. This means that no matter where in the world the brand is, we will pay the charges on your behalf so your items arrive safely and securely within 2-3 days.

Added extras:
We use DHL Express for most shipments. If you miss the delivery, you will be given a number of options: Rearrange delivery for another day to suit, leave the item with a neighbour, or leave the item in a secure place at home.

EU Customers

International Customers

To support international customers, our shipping costs will ALWAYS be LESS than ordering from the brand directly.

Shipping costs will be shown at the checkout stage once you have entered your address.

Import duties:
VAT and import duties are included for US Customers on ALL items. For other countries, you may be liable to pay VAT and import duties to release your order from customs. If you need further information please contact customerservice@hatchlabel.com and we'll be happy to assist.

Returns

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

UK Customers

We offer a free returns collection service if you are not satisfied with your item.* Your returned item must arrive at the Hatch Label partner boutique or brand it was ordered from no later than 14 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you book your return pick-up within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives at the relevant Hatch Label partner’s location within 14 days.

Notify orders@hatchlabel.com within 7 days of receiving your item to book the return.

Your refund will be completed via the original payment method.

EU and International Customers

Your returned item must arrive at the Hatch Label partner boutique or brand it was ordered from no later than 14 days after your delivery date. Notify orders@hatchlabel.com and we will send you details of where to send the item.

Faulty Items

If the product received is faulty or in an otherwise unstated condition please contact orders@hatchlabel.com. Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a return for a full refund.

 

Notes:

Some Swimwear brands are exchange only. This will be displayed on the product page under 'Shipping & Returns.'

Hatch Label is not responsible for any packages while in transit. We will only be able to process returns once we have confirmation that the item has been received and checked.

*Hatch Label offer a free courier collection service when the net basket value is above £100. When the net value of the basket falls below £100 following returns, there will be a £10 fee against each shipping label provided. This covers warehousing, courier collection and import duty costs of shipping the item back to the international partner boutique/brand.
